Submission Instructions
Paper submissions will be evaluated and refereed by the members of the programme committee for their:

  • applicability and relevance to Requirements Engineering
  • originality
  • significance
  • soundness
  • clarity


All submitted papers will be double blind peer refereed. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Instructions to Authors

Paper submissions should not exceed 5000 words and follow IEEE publication guidelines


with an exception that:

  • The first page of the submission should include the title, all authors' names, affiliations, complete contact information (address, phone/fax, Email)
  • This is followed by the paper itself. Authors' details must be removed for the purpose of a blind review.

Please ensure that your paper is named lastname_firstinitial.pdf (or .doc) where the "lastname" and "firstinitial" belong to the named first author of the paper.
